Solution
Solar water heating system design and installation for the entire building demand
Solar water heating panels made in Colombia double serpentine and sealed glass frames.
Structural support beams allow installation of panels on rooftop.
Structural support beams also prevents wind damage and displacement of panels.
Final layout of solar water heating panels on rooftop.
They can resist up to 120Kg of weight on top of the glass surface in case of hail or strong rains.
Doble layer and insulation boiler tank of 5,000 Lts produces enough hot water to supply the demand from the entire building.
Four gas heaters installed in parallel give back up additional temperature to hot water coming from the panels, in order to guaranty ideal temperature that goes to boiler tank and then each apartment.
Double pumps installed in parallel allow maintenance to equipment and back up in case of emergency.
